How to signup and post messages with images

Go to www.snowcommunity.com/blog/wp-register.php and signup. The follow these steps:

1) Get the username and password that were emailed to you and login here: http://www.snowcommunity.com/blog/wp-login.php
2) If you are already on the edit profile page, add your info and change the password to something you will remember. Otherwise click the ‘Profile’ link in the light blue strip to get there.
3) Click the ‘Write’ link in the light blue strip.
4) Enter a title and the post body.
5) If you want to upload a picture, select a picture by clicking the ‘Browse’ button. You can upload more pictures the same way by clicking back to the upload tab.
6) To get the image into the post, make sure the cursor is where you want the image (usually the very beginning or end).
7) Click on the image you want to add to the post and set the options that appear in front of it. Here are the options explained:
a) ‘Using Thumbnail means a small version will be displayed, ‘Using original’ means the fullsize version will be displayed.
b) ‘Linked to image’ means that if someone clicks the image they go to the fullsize image, ‘Linked to page’ means they go to the post on its own page with an option to add a comment.
c) ‘Send to Editor’ puts the picture in the post where your mouse cursor was positioned
d) ‘Delete’ removes the picture
e) ‘Close Options’ gets you back to a view of the small version of the picture
8) It looks best if you have a space between each picture. So hit space before you send another picture to the editor.
9) To add a password, click the + (if there is one) next to the ‘Password-Protect Post’ in dark blue on the right. Enter a password and make sure you give it out to everyone you want to view the post.
10) Make sure you have placed the post in the correct category: click the + (if there is one) next to the ‘Categories’ in dark blue on the right. Select which category to put the post in. Remove the default one if applicable.
11) You can ignore all the other dark blue options unless you are an advanced user.
12) If you have any problems, email me. If your problems involve the images not displaying correctly, let me know and I can fix it for you.
