Champion, PA - Pennsylvania’s Seven Springs Mountain Resort announced today that it will open a new terrain park and superpipe for the upcoming ski and snowboard season. Excavation has already begun on the new attraction.

Kaprun, Austria - The Austrian ski and snowboard resort of Kaprun now has its Central Park as well, but it’s nothing like New York’s — it’s a huge slopestyle park for snowboarders and freeskiers.

Carlsbad, CA - Amer Sports Corporation, the world’s largest sports equipment company, has named a new management team for its newly formed Winter & Outdoor Division of the Americas. The Division, which includes ski brands Salomon, Volant, Dynamic, and Atomic, snowboard gear brand Bonfire, and wrist-top computer manufacturer Suunto, is headed up by President/G.M. Mike Dowse, a 16-year Amer Sports veteran.
