Salt Lake City, UT - Following a warm Thanksgiving, a more familiar scene for this time of year is being enjoyed skiers and snowboarders at UtahÂ’s ski resorts. Mother Nature dumped over two feet of light, dry six-percent powder this week, enabling ski areas to open additional terrain. The National Weather Service is calling for another chance of light snow Friday. Very cold temperatures have remained in place following the storm’s departure from the state, allowing resorts to continue snowmaking operations.
