Australian Ski Resorts Push for Expansion of Cloud Seeding Efforts

Summer, Sun, Skiing and Snowboarding on the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier

Kaprun, Austria - Over the weekend, nearly 50 freeskiers and snowboarders were fighting their snow and winter withdrawal at the Snowpark Tour Summer Jam at the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. Their cure was a slopestyle session on the kickers and rails of the ski resort’s Glacier Park, and some of the riders will be returning to the Kitzsteinhorn next winter as they qualified for the finals of the Snowpark Tour 2008 which will take place at Europasportregion Zell am See/Kaprun.
