Lars N Bars is a laid back How To video series featuring pro downhill rider Lars Sternberg. The series will focus on all types of riding from XC to DH and show you tips and skills that will help make you a more well rounded rider.
Episode 1 focuses on wet weather riding in the woods. Tips include how to climb, corner, handle roots and maintain confidence in slippery situations.

2010 was my first full year in the world of mountain bike photography. Living in the lower mainland of British Columbia proved it was not very difficult to meet up with some pretty amazing riders! This has been the most fun I’ve ever had taken photographs!

2010 has been a good year for photography for me. I was given an old Nikon d70 at the end of last year as a present which triggered my love of photography, downhill mountain biking being my other obsession, they both went together like bread and butter!
